Hi, I am 18 (male) and have had stutters my entire life. I normally have a block, on certain words, so I guess you could say its pretty mild. Something that I realised is that stuttering happens in periods. Some months I have severe stutters and sometimes I almost never stutter. I think you are now in a periode with severe stuttering. It will go over eventually. If you didn't know it happens in random periods I could assume you would think your situation is helpless. You would also get social anxiety, which you probably have. And anxiety makes you nervous which increases the stuttering even more. I was the same at 13-16yo, and the way I fixed it was by curing my social anxiety, so not curing my stuttering. Stuttering is mostly genetic, so seeing that you had mild stutters in the past, you will always for the rest of your life have stutters, and luckely for you, it seems as mild stutters. So I advice you to focus on curing your social anxiety and being confident even if you stutter, and not caring what otherd think of that. What cured my social anxiety for 90% was a random concept I came across on youtube, which is the Spotlight effect. Damn I was so lucky, but I wish I came across this concept when I was 4yo 😭😭
