Awesome!!! Funny enough one of the things this book recommends is improving your cognitive ability by setting about a set schedule for your day, exercising, eating well, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and within that would come meditation as well. Let me know how meditation goes for you. I have never tried it myself but always open to new ideas.
