Fluency at All Costs is a belief I adopted, as I needed fluency in the real world. it may not be right for all people! It took me along time of daily working on my speech to get to the point of Fluency at All Costs. I took many many small steps along the way. While I worked on this, I started teaching myself to be gentle and kind with ME, the self talk turned nicer when I paid attention to it, otherwise my self talk was all negative.
