Why do you need to be fluent 100% percent of the time? I still stutter, but so mildly that I don't mind it. I actually browse this sub to look for ideas for Youtube video scripts. I reached this worry-free stutter by just working on the things I could. The improvement to my physique especially helped my "fluency". You have to work on your body, practise all you can for presentations and public reading and just be patient. You need one "successful" attempt at each of your most-feared activities to be confident that you can do it again and again. Be disciplined and you will succeed. PS. The whole process took me 2 years. After that I reached a drastic level of improvement and I don't feel the need to continue to do speech therapy.
