If they don’t explicitly ask, I wouldn’t tell them. I never got a single job where I disclosed to the interviewer I stutter, no matter how many years experienced I was. (They also legally cannot ask you under ADA.) I also never got a second date if I told the guy I stutter upfront either. (My bf did ask me the second date if I stutter lol) It’s great you know what you what, and it feels like a relief to commiserate with people who know what it’s like, but no one can start taking the steps to achieve what you want except you.
