First time posting— looking for advice

First time posting— looking for advice Hi everyone! So I’m posting for my first time. I cannot say my name and it is holding me back so much in life... In so many ways. I have crippling anxiety and I know that my stutter comes from that. Can anyone give me advice or at least tell me that they understand? I feel so alone. My stutter is so unpredictable but one thing is always for sure— I can never say my name. Unless I’m drunk?! Or if someone puts me on the spot and asks me a question that has a definite answer I stutter. Like when I can’t substitute it with a different word— for example: what high school I went to or where I’m from. Does anyone else have experience with this? Ugh :(
