Guys! Try this!

Guys! Try this! Try to NOT let your tongue actively push against the soft palate. Why? Because anatomically pushing the tongue against the soft palate prevents airflow from the oral cavity. This is especially true for sounds that require the tongue to touch the soft palate, such as /k/ /g/ and /ə/. Instead, only let the tongue touch the soft palate gently only when it is needed. So don’t even let it touch the soft palate for sounds that phonetically don’t require it such as /b/ /s/ /p/ etc. Retrain your muscle memory! It’s definitely possible. Trust me this, alongside actually remembering to breathe relatively sufficiently, has pretty much solved the problem for me! Stuttering really is a matter of steady airflow.
