How do I convince my group to do the speaking for me in a group presentation

How do I convince my group to do the speaking for me in a group presentation I need some vaild reasons, as just me stuttering isn’t enough. I did do most of the work for the group which gives me a upperhand. But I’m really nervous, should i just refuse to speak and thats that? At this point I think its the best option. Ive tried so many techniques over the past few days, and its not worth the stress and sleepless nights over a 15 minute presentation. Please help
