He didn’t break a law! He got the guy’s manager and informed him of the disrespect he showed towards a paying customer. If that asshole worked for me he’d be fired on the spot. OP’s husband handled the situation perfectly. He didn’t get violent, he got a manager. You being a complete prick to someone for no reason and then mocking them somewhere else is just an dick move.
