Are you currently seeing a speech therapist? I would definitely recommend doing so, if you’re not. Stuttering is one thing, but how you handle the stutter can make wonders. I have found that meditating gives me more calm in my everyday life. I still stutter, sometimes a lot, but it have helped me deal with it in a more calm manner, which makes me stutter in a more controlled way. Thank you!
