meh its kind of gone away, but will it come back?

meh its kind of gone away, but will it come back? so my stutter isnt 100% gone, its still there but sometimes happens and its not as often as before, I started stuttering about 8 months ago now (out of nowhere) and its slowly decreased, so my question is will it come back? Edit: lol it came back.... ;-;
