The honest answer is, it depends. In college, if you have classes that force you to give presentations or randomly call on you, or (god forbid) make you read aloud, those are going to be stressful moments. After college those are few and far between. You'll probably pick a career that works for you, and meeting people is not hard. It's not a huge deal, and many days I don't even think about it. But it wouldn't be truthful to say it's no deal whatsoever.
