Anybody else just has a pause when speaking?

Anybody else just has a pause when speaking? Sometimes im speaking a sentence just fine. But all of a sudden the words just dont come out i just kinda freeze. I mean its at least better then when i was young and couldn’t speak 2 word sentences. So i guess its kinda an improvement or something?
