Should I disclose Stutter when applying for jobs (Banking and investment)? Hello everyone, A bit of background: I currently reside in Toronto. I am serving notice period for my current job (Analyst) and will graduate next week. I am going to apply for new roles specifically targeted to Finance (not accounting) and would like to know: If I should disclose having a disability in the application form (not on my resume)? Specifically, will disclosing it impact the chances of advancing in the interview process? Also if anyone has disclosed, is there any accommodation during the interview process that helped you to calm down? Thank you.
