Talk to the professor about it. I was in this position for a class. I talked to the professor and he let me present to him after class, 1 on 1. To be honest it was the worst decision I've ever made. Everyone looked at me weird for not presenting, I stuttered like crazy even 1 on 1, and felt like a failure for not doing it like everyone else. After all speaking is a big part of the professional world. All my next speeches I did to the class. Sure I stuttered but I got through it successfully and that is a very REWARDING feeling. My best advice is to view these presentations as a PRACTICE opportunity for your future. You'll be talking all your life (friends, family, co-workers, etc) and the best way to get over the anxiety is to conquer these situations. Good luck.
