From my experience I watched his vids religiously for a long time and it actually took a few months to sink in...I watched the same videos a few times. Spewing he’s not in practice anymore! If I wasn’t teaching, I’d be doing speech therapy, but would model my practice from Dr. Mort Cooper’s teaching. Sorry I didn’t really answer your question, but I think just watch his videos and play around with things yourself. BTW: I hate the word “strategy” when thinking about ways to overcome stuttering. No offence, but “strategies” only make you go backwards. Stutterers over complicate the whole process of speaking. It should be effortless.
