Why do I stutter on my name?

Why do I stutter on my name? Hi, I am 33 and recently I have started facing speech block whenever asks my name. Its a huge embarrassment that I can’t even say my name. I have this professional conference to go to and I am shit scared because I can’t even say my name.Any tips will be really helpful. Thanks
