Will this help? What makes me feel pure rage is the fact that I am completely fluent when I am alone but for some reason my brain cannot do that when I am not alone like ??? Anyways, I was thinking if vlogging/ recording videos of myself talking through the day and keeping them (not necessarily sharing them) would help. Like maybe watching myself be that fluent could increase my confidence therefore improve my speech overall? Just a thought. What do y'all think?
