Using Google Duplex to make calls Google Duplex has the potential to help people with speech impediments make and take phone calls. It could learn and produce a synthetic version of your voice and speak on your behalf. Google as well as many other companies have made great progress in speech synthesis and conversational A.I. One problem I have is calling agnecies, applying for jobs is easy but ringing in to draw their attention to your application or just general enquiries is incredibly difficult. It leads you down a path of never ending anxiety and procrastination. So what do you think?
