So in the 60's they stopped with B1 for stuttering, after the advice of some health department in the US. <not a doctor>Be critical while reading. Study is not based on actual scientific proof and/or double-blind study. B1/Thiamine is also a water solvable vitamin, so classical medicin would state your body is unable to hold more B1 then you need. (therefore deus ex machina, the magnesium) </ not a doctor> I've tried it myself with no result. But that doesn't mean it can work for others. Don't forget that placebo's are a powerfull drug. Once again, I am not a doctor and I have NO medical background
