in a normal just bit of banter it's fine along as it's not often but in an argument it's not okay. remember tho he doesn't know what it's like to stammer and how bad it can make u feel. if once the arguments ended u mention it and tell him not to go their as it made u really upset and why it made you upset. if he's a good guy he should apologize if he's not then fuck that guy.
