You will stammer less with your near n dear ones and wud never stammer talking to yourself. It also depends if you are talking in your mother tongue or some other language you know. You will stammer a lot less talking in your mother tongue. I can speak around 4 languages, but i prefer sticking to my mother tongue unless required otherwise.
