I've been to speech therapy for most of my life - those strategies only seem to work when I'm talking in low-pressue situations (with my pathologist, family, friends, etc.) and not in "higher-stake" situations. It may just be a matter of changing my mindset, but I just can't figure out how to effectively do that.
