Wow your best advice is to just "Shrug it off". Yeah too bad you cant talk to people, or speak a foreign language good, or get your dream job. Better to just accept it than get a mental illness over it... Are you guys Serious? If this is the pinnacle of your advice then I'm better off not talking at all, so I don't feel embarrassed about it. It's not a mental illness it's a speech DISABILITY. Stuttering was the birth of my pessimism, now I am so far down the rabbit hole that I think that even if my stuttering did get cured the effect it mentally has on me will forever be there. And im just some highschool kid with no freinds who wanted to be a navy seal, I cant even do that! Life is truly about Luck.
