sounds like the harshest judgments and differentiating is happening internally, not externally. If you're talking about Nina G, she's a pretty great role model. If you look at her life (lots of friends, community involvement, living without fear), she doesn't judge herself harshly and surprisingly not many other people do. If they do, they dont stick around so they dont matter. Opening up and embracing the shame we feel regarding stuttering is a difficult step though.
