Anyone else here have other speech issues too?

Anyone else here have other speech issues too? I’ve been in speech therapy my whole life. I had to learn how to make the L, TH, R, and SH sounds when I was in elementary, middle, and high school. I learned how to do them all except for the R sound. I see a speech therapist for the R sound and stuttering now. I’m almost 19 and I haven’t really made any progress on the R sound. I’m more embarrassed about it than my stuttering. I can’t control my stuttering and I’ll never be able to, but after all these years I haven’t been able to fix my R sound.
