I understand you completely. I work in emergency healthcare and also had a stutter as a child that’s turned into a block as an adult. From discovering this subreddit I heard about Thiamine and Magnesium supplementation a few days ago and looked into the two studies done on it. A lot of people claim drastic improvement and some claim moderate improvement. I ordered the supplements so I haven’t tried it yet but I’m personally excited to try something like that. I’ve had periods in life and good and bad days with my block. I wonder if there is correlation to diet. It’s definitely neurological, and I understand Thiamine plays a very active role in the brain and magnesium helps with thiamine absorption. Like I said I haven’t even started yet but I’m excited to try that out.
