I still don't know how to fix my stuttering, but I don't surrender. Now I'm trying herbal medicine. I would like to try PTSD treatments too (since I think trauma is involved). I try to push myself outside of my comfort zone every day. We need to do what we fear the most. If we have fear to do something, we need to gradually do that thing until fear disappears. We need to take back control of our lives. I am doing a lot of crazy things lately: frequenting crowded places, joining the gym and a mountain club. This sounds a very good advice to me too: [https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/191syle/comment/kgyp85w/?context=3&share\_id=Rq8n0d2XABWGwbOFvEgcr&utm\_content=1&utm\_medium=ios\_app&utm\_name=ioscss&utm\_source=share&utm\_term=1](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/191syle/comment/kgyp85w/?context=3&share_id=Rq8n0d2XABWGwbOFvEgcr&utm_content=1&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_source=share&utm_term=1) Don't compare yourself to other people: it is all about making our tomorrow better than yesterday. It’s better to regret trying and failing than to regret not trying at all.
