I think it's harder to do when you're younger. As you get older, I think it's easier to gain perspective, and you get new priorities in your life as well. My suggestion would be to start to develop a mindset where you dont give stuttering importance. Dont make decisions based on your stuttering. Start small, like ordering what you want to order at a restaurant. And go from there. Little changes will manifest into a change of mindset. Acknowledge your fear towards stuttering. IMO, addressing fear will go a long way towards acceptance and not caring. In another response, you asked if the stuttering decreased. That's not the right question to ask if you want to "not care".
