Well it’s bad advice to just say “get some confidence” it’s a process. Be brave might make more sense but it does sound dramatic. The confidence comes from being brave. If there is something you avoid because of your stutter (ordering what you want, raising your hand in class, etc.) doing those things even though you are scared to can improve your confidence within yourself.
