I gave the TOEFL and received a score of 18 in the speaking section. I always preferred speaking to a computer than a person. But in TOEFL you will have a specific time limit for the speaking questions. This might be different in IELTS as the evaluator might give you more time to finish your sentences. I would advice you to practice speaking in front of a mirror on any random topic with a time limit. Also, focus more on the other sections so that your overall score is good even if your speaking score is less. All the best!!
