Hello bro, I’ve seen many of your posts, sources and I agree with you regarding speech techniques, which, in my case, were beneficial but only in the short term. But could you tell me more about the severity of your stuttering and where you currently stand in your journey to manage it? I think your expérience could be helpful for me since I’m trying also to accept my stuttering.
