Anyone find that they stutter more when trying to explain something?

Anyone find that they stutter more when trying to explain something? I've noticed that I seem to have the most trouble explaining things or telling a story. I really feel, at least for me, that it is a breathing problem. That I'm not getting enough air in my lungs or when I talk my air supply somehow gets cut off and I'm fighting to get words out. Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem?
