stuttering severity scale

stuttering severity scale so im new to this sub, im 11 years old and my family and i say my stutter isnt too bad its really light, my dad had stutter so thats why i have ive been reading lots of posts recently and can someone explain what the severity ratings mean i looked on google and i cant find the scale with the letters and stuff my stuttering is relatively light but in public speaking the jerking and blocks and eye flipping look terrible.
