Are you sure it turns them off? I went on a date with a guy who had a stutter recently and I kind of liked him. I had hoped for a second date, but he never called or contacted me again. I reached out once, but when he didn't respond I just dropped it. It would be a shame if his stutter was the reason he didn't call me back. I would rather just assume he didn't have any attraction to me (which is realistically the case). Edited to add: He stated that he had a stutter in his profile, so I was aware of it beforehand and it didn't bother me. Just because the topic of online dating came up here.
