Hey If it helps I try changing the intro from the usual mention to my name is or hi it's so nice to be here and to meet you I'm \_\_\_ or I go by \_\_\_\_. I change my intro almost everytime I have to do it. Wearing masks also means you won;t see my mouth. So that helps.
