Stutter got noticeably worse over last few months Hey all, just wondered if anyone else has been in a similar situation before. I've had a stutter for most my life but since going into a professional career and having to dive into situations that make me present, talk to people etc I've managed to control it really well over the last few years. However recently I've noticed quite a significant change in flow of my speech and am trying to pin down a possible reason. Worse to the point that I am now a little bit more self conscious when directing my team, speaking to them and I am also even noticing it more when speaking to my wife. Wanted to share and get general thoughts really, I dont expect a scientific answer 🤣
