If "personal growth" is defined by complacent, stagnate progress, then paragraph #2 is spot-on. I hope there is good intent, because this sounds bad. Like, really really bad. Like an off the shelf, templated comment that means nothing. It actually does more harm than good. I'm sorry, but reading this makes me want to leave this sub.
