Breathing exercises definitely help slow down your heart so your anxiety doesn’t run crazy. We all know anxiety tends to make our stutter worse so learning how to control it definitely is beneficial. Next is try your best not feel shameful when you stutter. It is apart of you whether you like it or not so best approach is embrace it. Practice self love often and your negative feelings toward it will dissipate. If you stutter bad during the interview just laugh and explain that you got a stutter. Majority of the time in my experience employers don’t really mind it tbh. Above all walk in that interview with confidence. Your resume gets you in the door but ultimately it depends on how you can expand on the experience written in your resume, how you respond to the questions and your personality on if you get hired.
