I don’t know but maybe there should be. From personal experience I know that people who stutter erroneously get put in special ed programs and remedial programs. If it wasn’t for my 4th grade teacher convincing my mom that I did not belong in remedial classes, who know what my life would have turned out like. My teacher actually recognized that I read at a higher reading level than my grade. But I struggled to read out load and my English teacher at that time tried to have me put in special ed.
