How to accept my stutter Hey guys, I'm new here, it's really nice to feel that I'm not alone with this stuttering problem in the world. Anyway, on to the question, the general advice I seem to see a lot is to not try to hide your stutter, just accept that it's there in the long run. I was just wondering if people have advice about how you started the process of 'accepting' your stutters? To me it's the first thing in my head whenever I open my mouth, unless I'm having a particularly fluent day. Just any tips like activities, thought processes, people's stories etc would be most welcome.
