Tips & Technics: - Slowdown a bit with your first word. - Sing out your sentence. - Play a character. - Use an accent. - Practice stubborn words repeatedly alone. - Start a sentence with words you can say, then include what you wanted to say into that sentence. - If you get stuck on a word in public, just say “Oh, I’m sorry I have a stutter.” When you say “Oh” to start that sentence it will open your vocal cords & help keep them open. People will mostly be understanding. - Calm down and breathe. - If it’s so bad to can’t speak at all, download a text to speech app on your phone & save some often used phrases into the favorites for repeated use. - Record voice memos on your phone for playback when needed. - Whisper loudly what you want to say. - Don’t concern yourself, let them think you’re weird, at least you’re not boring. - Don’t take crap from anybody! Screw them, hope they brought lotion for where they’re going. - Learn Martial Arts, Krav Maga or Karate, they don’t mess with you again. - It’ll be ok, you are awesome & don’t let anybody get you down.
