Is it still sluttering?

Is it still sluttering? Hello. First of all i wanna say English is not my first languauge and sorry for all misunderstandings or grammar errors. I've been stuttering since I was born but since like 6-7 years my stuttering changed into some kind of locks..i mean sometimes its really hard to say a word also i can't say sentence longer than few words. It was always a big problem for me in a lot of situations,mostly in school or when i pick up the phone and any word can't go through my mouth Is someone else like me? is it called somehow or just stuttering? +Is it normal when im drunk i dont stutter at all?:D
