This. I can sometimes panic that I'm going to struggle that I try getting it out before anything goes wrong. Then, obviously something does. If I just stop, breathe and carry on, it'll be fine. I've noticed a big change since I've been aware of that. Confidence + breathing at the right time. I think that's the key, I'm just trying to actually keep that going.
