It sounds like an anxiety dump more than actual stuttering fixing. I get caught a lot because I try to speak without air in my lungs which causes me to lock up and then I start making weird sounds and then the eyes start to move. By that time the person across from me thinks I'm a complete retard and I've lost the day.
