It’s hurtful and I’m sorry you experienced that. I have hundreds of times. And I bet most people here have, too. That being said, it’s healthy to release any anger or hate you hold… it’s much easier said than done. In the short term, what I did was use that negative experience to harden my resolve to one day beat stuttering. That’s what I did, and I’m sharing what worked for me and hope it helps you.
