I think it honestly depends on your partner and their level of maturity. I’ve been in two serious relationships, and both of them surprised me with how patient my partners were during my speech blocks. Everyone isn’t this understanding though, and it will make some people uncomfortable, but hey… those aren’t the people you’d really want in your life anyway, right?
