Just looking at your old posts, I presume you’re in the U.K., of course the NHS offer Speech Language Therapy. Last time I enquired it was around a 4 month wait list - might as well apply whilst you’re at it? A lot of natural easy tips is trying to be much more open about it. That decreases your anxiety about your stammer and the effect that has on your fluency. I also work in a clinical setting and when I speak to patients for the first time I disclose my stammer - helps a bunch so I’m not thinking about what they’re thinking about. Might be worth a start
