After 32 years of trying everything under the sun, the only thing left is to “deal with it”. That doesn’t mean you gave up. That means you decided to stop spending your mental energy chasing something that may or may not be possible. It means you’re choosing to live in the moment and enjoy life the best you can, without focusing on fluency. Chasing fluency can be extremely draining, and I advise you to not focus too much on it. It’s not the end-all-be-all. It’s ok to stutter. You can have a good life with a stutter!
