I'm young but I work as a finance admin assistant doing filing and sorting for a business's finance department. Every time I go to work I say "Good morning, how are you?" and make sure I have a small conversation with my supervisor and other coworkers who sit near me. I also make sure I ask questions when I need to and don't hold back. In the lunch room or around the office when I see someone I know, I always make sure I say hi and ask them a few questions so I am always looking for opportunities to practice speaking. I almost never stutter at work now and don't even have to worry about it which is great.
